Please complete the form below to register your child (grades K-8, 2021-2022 school year) for 2022 Youth Soccer. Games will be played on the field behind the Jensen Community Center from April 21 through May 21, at the following times:
– Grades K-1 Recreational Division: Thursdays, 5:45 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.
– Grades 2-3 and 4-5 Recreational Division: Thursdays 6:45 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m.
– Grades 6-8 Competitive Division: Thursdays 5:45 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.
Game make-up days will be held on Tuesdays as needed. Each child requires a separate form.
