The Cook and Cass families told the Spirit, “The two families at the end of Berberg Road are happy to be back in the Master Gardeners Parade after almost 20 years! We love gardening, and we’re excited to share our expansive, ever-changing gardens one more time with other food and flower lovers.”
Garden Parade tickets are $10 in advance or $12 on parade day at any of the parade sites. They are available beginning June 1 at several locations:
Amherst: The Landmark, 102 South Main Street
Stevens Point: Jung’s Garden Center, 5620 Highway 10 East; Stevens Point Area Co-op, 633 Second Street; and the Master Gardeners information table at the Farmers’ Market on the Public Square on Saturdays
Plover: Village Gardens, 2811 Porter Road and Jay-Mar, 2130 Jay-Mar Road
Wisconsin Rapids: Angel Gardens, 2210 Kingston Road
More details about these and all the featured gardens will appear in the July Spirit.
