The deadline for nominations for our Person of the Year, Business of the Year, and Junior Person of the Year is less than two months away on September 1. New this year is a submission form on our website, which can be found by going to jensencenter.org and clicking on the “News” link in the menu and then selecting Award Nominations.

We are asking for a bit more information on the nominated parties to help our judges determine the recipients of each award, including awards, community service, and other positive examples of why the nominee is deserving of this honor.

You can fill out the form online or write up your submission and mail it to us at 487 N. Main St., Amherst, WI 54406, or drop it off at the Jensen Community Center during regular business hours.
