Nearing the century mark

Pat Pomeroy was recently honored with a 99th birthday party hosted by her children, Butch, Sally, and Becky. She was thankful that family and many long-time friends, most of whom she had not seen in person for the last three years, attended the party.

Pat has returned to central Wisconsin from her Arizona home where she lived close to her eldest granddaughter, Melissa Hulke, and now resides at Living Oaks in Iola.

She said that there is a stark difference in the winter climate between Arizona and Wisconsin, but she is happy to now be living closer to those she holds dear.
